I have had the pleasure of knowing Tamra and remaining friends with her since the 6th grade, and we have just grown closer ever since. She is an amazing friend and I love her like a sister. Tamra has always had an amazing voice, and to hear her sing is so touching. Whenever I listen to her sing whether it be in the car, at an event, or even at church, it makes me melt. Her voice is so strong and so unique that it just draws you in and even brings chills to your body. She is the most real person you will ever meet and definitely meets every quality that is needed to be a true friend. She is always willing to listen if you ever need to talk, and her sense of humor will have you rolling on the floor laughing! February 3, 2010 was such an amazing day. I watched my best friend walk out of those doors on tv with a golden ticket in her hand. I was so happy. Tamra deserves this opportunity so much. She has touched the lives of so many people with her voice, friendship, and just her presence. Tamra, I wish you the best of luck on your journey to become the next American Idol. You will be in my prayers, and I will be rooting for you all the way. I love you Tamra, and Congrats! :-)

Tamra is a wonderful young lady. She did a great job of holding up through all of the pressure. From when she auditioned in HI in 2006 to the auditions in Albuquerque, and finally in Denver and on her way to Hollywood. Wow, she is awesome. Beautiful inside and out. Sharp, Intelligent, Confident, and Knows what's going on. I am so proud of her. Great job baby girl. Love you. Daddy
