It was their night to choose whatever they wanted to sing, and, for Lil's power ballad and gorgeous dress, we wanted her to be absolutely stunning! To get that look, she was prepped with Mario Badescu Oil Free Moisturizer, followed with the luminous {me} by Mezhgan primer to help smooth the skin and prepare for her foundation. To even out her skin tone, Laura Mercier Oil Free Foundation in Toffee Bronze was buffed into her skin using the {me} foundation brush. Under the eyes and in needed areas, Allison Raffaele's True Concealer in 6 was dabbed for coverage and then set with flawless {me} by Mezhgan's cream concealer and perfecting powder compact in dark. To give her a subtle glow, MAC refined beyond bronzer was dusted on her forehead, nose and cheeks. This look was all about the eyes. First, a shimmery turquoise MAC shadow in Steamy was dusted across the lid with the {me} eye shadow brush. Then, MAC eye shadow in Coppering, a copper red, was blended into the crease using the crease brush. To marry those two shades together, a little shimmery gold, MAC Iridescent Powder in Golden Bronze, was blended into the crease and lid with a touch in the inner corner of the eye. To highlight below the brow, MAC Brule eye shadow added a neutral cream color and opened up her eyes. To give it a bit more flair, the top and bottom lash line were lined with MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack, using a brush to smudge the color into the lash line. Her lashes were curled using the me by {me}zhgan curler, which opened up the eyes, and then topped with a set of false lashes and coated with dramatic {me} mascara to make them look more natural. For her blushing cheeks, a frosty coppery red, MAC Revenge, was buffed along the cheekbone starting on the apples of her cheeks. And, last but not least, her lips were defined using MAC's Chestnut lip liner and then filled in with mezhgan's sexy {me} gloss for intense color and long lasting shine. Lil was excited about her new hairdo to go with her new look, and was ready to sing her heart out!
