The American Idol Make-Up Artist, Mezhgan Hussainy, offers her Beauty tips.

Natural-For a natural look you can use earthy tones. You can start by adding a light color underneath your eyebrow, then sweep a medium shade across your lid and lastly blend a slightly darker shade subtly to your natural crease. Use a soft brown or taupe color to line your eye and then add some mascara. For your cheeks mix a bronzer with a soft color blush to give them a rosy glow. Line your lips with a neutral liner to give them some definition and top it with some gloss.
Evening - to dress your look up for the evening you can choose colors that are rich in pigment. Try using a light color with some shimmer underneath your eyebrow and a medium shade to your lids and a deeper color to your crease. Add a little more than you would for the Natural look to give the eye more definition. Use a dark brown or black liner smudged across your lash line for a soft smoky line and then add a few coats of mascara. On your cheeks you can use a combination of a bronzer and a deeper blush on your cheek bones for color and try sweeping a shimmer across the top of your cheek bone to highlight. Lastly choose a lip liner and lipstick with some color and top it off with some gloss to complete the look.

Pimples - Trying to cover that little friend that came for a visit over night? Use your concealor over your foundation and dab it on and blend the edges keeping it concentrated where you want the coverage. Set it with powder to keep in place.
Primer - Using a foundation primer helps make the foundation go on smoother and last longer.

Meet Mezhgan Hussainy
As one of Tinsel Town's top makeup artists, Mezhgan has earned a reputation as one of the most respected professionals in the television industry. Her big break came as the makeup artist to actor John O'Hurley on "To Tell the Truth," where she enjoyed two seasons on the popular game show. Mezhgan is currently the chief makeup artist on American Idol and she now adds celebrities such as Ryan Seacrest, Carrie Underwood and Simon Cowell to her resume. Mezhgan also has her own exciting line of cosmetics, "Me by [Me]zhgan."
