American Idol Season 3 Winner Fantasia will open race festivities by performing the National Anthem this Sunday, February 26th. Additionally, Hilary and Haylie Duff will help start the race by serving as Honorary Starter and Honorary Race Offiical. All the fun begins Sunday at 3:30pm ET/12:30 PT on FOX SPORTS.
