American Idol runner-up Katharine McPhee hit the Top Single Sales charts at #2 with "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." Katharine's cover of the classic song from 1939's The Wizard of Oz sold 47,000 copies in its first week. "Somewhere" also sold an additional 28,000 digital downloads of the song.

Katharine's strong performance comes two weeks after Idol winner Taylor Hicks hit #1 with his "Do I Make You Proud?" single. "Proud" sold 190,000 copies in its first full week, as well as 38,000 digital downloads.
