Season 8’s top girl, Allison Iraheta, has grown up in front of our eyes. When we first met Allison she was just 16 years old, and today she is no longer a minor! The teen has accomplished so much in just a year’s time.

After coming in fourth place during Season 8, Allison was signed by Jive Records and 19 Recordings and then recorded her album as she toured across the nation on the American Idols LIVE! 2009 Tour. On December 1st, the redheaded rocker released her debut album, Just Like You, which debuted at #35 on the Billboard 200 album chart and #14 on the Billboard Digital Albums Chart. Allison performed her second single, “Scars,” on the very first Season 9 results show. View photos of her performance.
