David Archuleta to Speak at Conference
Season 7's runner-up, David Archuleta, will speak about reaching his dreams and staying grounded during the Annual Conference for Women on October 26 in Salt Lake City, Utah. David, a native of Murray, Utah, will join some big names at the event including former first lady Laura Bush, Utah's first lady Jeanette Herbert, and pianist Roger Williams at this year's conference, which is sponsored by Sen. Orrin Hatch and his wife Elaine.
Orrin Hatch told Utah's Deseret News, "I am so pleased that David Archuleta was able to fit this conference into a demanding concert schedule. He is an unbelievable talent and a special performer who has a great story to share."
