On August 1, 2009, a new Madame Tussauds will open up in Hollywood, California. This immersive attraction is a place where guests can interact with their favorite celebrities without velvet ropes or barriers between them. At the museum, guests can step into elaborate interactive sets that spread over three floors and 18 themed zones.

The new Hollywood Madame Tussauds will feature three American Idol exhibits including the American Idol judges' desk with Simon Cowell, and lifelike wax figures of Ryan Seacrest and Carrie Underwood.

You won't need a coveted golden ticket to head to Hollywood to see Ryan and Simon! Madame Tussauds is located next to the famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre and the Kodak Theatre where Idol's Hollywood auditions have been held.
