Season two's Trenyce is living proof of how effective the Wild Card can be. While she made it to the Top 32 that season, she did not originally make it into the Top 12 until the Wild Card show. She proceeded to impress the judges and America, and ended the season in an impressive fifth place.
After the show, Trenyce toured with her AI peers, singing "Proud Mary" and "I Have Nothing". With such amazing talent that season, the American Idols II Live Concert outsold the Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera joint tour, and it covered a total of 41 cities in 55 days.

Trenyce has since carved out quite a niche for herself on the stage. In 2006, she was part of The Ultimate Variety Show, a Las Vegas multi-act revue. She also toured with Morris Chesnut for the musical Love in the Nick of Tyme. She is currently on the national tour of Ain't Misbehavin', which stars Ruben Studdard.

Last year, Trenyce also teamed up with fellow AI alums Julia Demato, RJ Helton, Frenchie Davis, and Rickey Smith to perform at the Razz Room in San Francisco.
