The Producers behind the mega-hit phenomenon "American Idol" are embarking on a quest to find the best bands in the country. Were scouring the nation seeking musical groups of all ages, styles, and genres and were ready to give away a record contract that could be worth millions.

Our judges will narrow down thousands of hopefuls to the ten most talented bands. These semi-finalists will be challenged with a new theme each week, then perform in front of a live studio audience. Viewers across the country vote for their favorites and ultimately, America decides the winner.
