Season 8 winner Kris Allen took the good with the bad earlier this week when he got into a bad car wreck and broke his arm.

According to Reuters, the Idol winner posted about the wreck on Twitter and it turns out he had some other news as well. "Yes, I got in a really bad wreck tonight and yes I'm having a lit baby," posted Allen.

Kris' wife Katy was also involved in the wreck and suffered minor injuries.
