Anthony Fedorov and Jennifer Paz Debut as Duo, The Auraganix

The Auraganix, comprised of real life couple Anthony Fedorov (American Idol Season Four, 4th Place Finalist) and Jennifer Paz (Miss Saigon, Les Miserables, The Last Five Years) team up for their duo debut EP "Every Little Thing" celebrating parenthood through music. The good, the bad, the poopy. With influences from acoustic pop, pop-rock and contemporary musical theatre the duo's EP is set for release Sept. 15.
The EP is co-produced by Bo Bice, Fedorov's fellow AI finalist (and runner-up) on Season 4 and features songs co-written by singer/songwriter/producer Jeff Vincent and Grammy  Award winning song-writer Bill Grainer (Jennifer Hudson), with music and arrangements by Atlanta based producer Matt Garwood. The couple's song writing collaborations first began when they became new parents. "What started out as silly songs that we would make up for Julian while changing his diaper or taking him for his routine check-ups turned into a very heartfelt project,” explains Fedorov. Their current releases "Shine" by Auraganix and "I Poop" by Auraganix Kids are available on iTunes and Amazon.
Since placing 4th in American Idol Season Four, Fedorov, best known for his soaring tenor voice, has built an impressive career on the musical theatre stage. Most recently he finished McCoy/Rigby's record breaking run of Les Miserables at Southern California's La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts where he starred as "Enjolras." Other notable credits include "Roger" (off-Broadway RENT revival), ‘Prince Christopher' in “Cinderella” with the Nashville Symphony, ‘Matt' in “The Fantasticks” (off-Broadway), ‘Rolf' in the “Sound of Music” (Papermill Playhouse) and has starred in half a dozen regional and international productions of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” in the title role. Fedorov has also made guest appearances on "Ellen," "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Live! with Regis and Kelly," and "The Tony Danza Show."
As a songwriter, Fedorov and writing partner Bill Grainer have two songs that will be released on Britain's Got Talent 2011 winner Jai McDowall's upcoming album. Their song "I Begin Again" hit the top 40 new releases on Amazon UK when it recently released as McDowall's new single. "I Begin Again" is available for download.
