To continue to grow as an artist and record and album, win a Grammy, write a novel, and write a children's fiction fantasy series.

I shake it out and dance to get my circulation going.

Crashing my moped into a parked van and got 15 stitches.

Making the top 24 on American Idol.
If you couldn't sing, which talent would you most like to have?
I wish I was an equestrian/horseback rider.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I cry at sad movies and can get emotional easily if the movie's really sad. I get so invested in the storyline.
What have you learned (about yourself) by going through the Idol audition process?
That I am way stronger and driven than I could have ever imagined.
How do you plan on differentiating yourself in the competition?
By really putting on a show every time I perform. High energy, soulful singing and really performing like it could be the last.

How has music inspired you?
Music is my biggest inspiration. Hearing music relaxes me and singing excites and fulfills me.
What makes a great performer?
Enjoying the performance while you're performing, having great talent, hard work and drive, and a great stage presence.
How do you combat stage fright?
I dance before I perform. I shake out my butterflies and it relaxes me.
What's been the most surprising part of the Idol experience so far?
The amount of time the cast and crew put into this super machine.
If you could redo any moment in your life, what would it be and why?
I wouldn't redo any moment of my life because everything that I have done and gone through has made me exactly who I am today.
If you could perform with any person or group, who would it be and why?
Christina Aguilera because she is an amazing singer and I have been a fan since I was 12. I lover her music and she inspired me. She has great stage presence.
