Because I hold the star qualities and have always strived in life to be someone kids as well as adults can look up to.

Randy, only because he doesn't critique much.
What advice do you have for other hopefuls?
It's a game of chance. Play your cards right, always stay open minded for any chance at your career and you will succeed.
