Transportation
Atlanta is home to the world's busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Atlanta's mass transit system, MARTA, has a station within the airport terminal. MARTA provides a convenient ride for just $1.75. MARTA's A to Z Route connects visitors with sightseeing favorites such as the Georgia Aquarium and Zoo Atlanta. Take MARTA Route 110 from Lenox Square to the Georgia State Capitol, or get off at one of the sightseeing hotspots along the way. Although there is an extensive highway system in Atlanta, we suggest avoiding traffic and preventing pollution by taking a greener mode of transportation.
Sightseeing
Atlanta has more attractions and things to do than you could imagine, so you may want to pad your trip with a few extra days for fun. Quench your thirst at the World of Coca-Cola where you can taste over 60 products, experience their thrilling 4-D theater, and visit the bottling line. Dive into a one-of-a-kind aquatic experience at the world's largest aquarium, the Georgia Aquarium. Take a trip to the historical Piedmont Park, which was home to the 1895 World's Fair. Escape the warm weather by taking a dip in the pools at Piedmont Park's Aquatic Center. Sounds refreshing!
